You're Here Because As A Mom, You're Done…

Done with the myth that you have to choose between being an exceptional professional and an exceptional parent.

Done with operating at half capacity because nobody taught you how to integrate a demanding career with raising humans.

Done with watching mediocre colleagues get promoted while you're drowning in logistics.

Done feeling alone as a professional in a male-dominated field.

You're a brilliant analytical mind trapped in a system designed for people who don't have to coordinate three humans' schedules while managing million-dollar projects.

Let's fix this.

You don't want your life to look like this anymore

3:00 AM: Your phone buzzes. Emergency at the plant. You're fumbling in the dark, calculating childcare logistics while your partner pretends to sleep. Your brain is already three steps ahead, but your body feels like it's dragging behind.

6:33 AM: Coffee in one hand, lunch prep for three humans in the other. You're mentally rehearsing the presentation you'll give in two hours while simultaneously negotiating screen time with a four-year-old who has strong opinions about breakfast.

9:23 AM: In the meeting that could change everything. You're sharp, you're prepared... but part of your brain is wondering if you remembered to put the permission slip in the backpack.

12:55 PM: Scarfing down lunch while responding to fourteen urgent emails and texting the babysitter about pickup times. You're managing complex engineering projects, but somehow a playdate feels like rocket science.

5:00 PM: Racing to daycare, knowing you're that parent again. Dinner isn't planned. The laundry is laughing at you.

And tomorrow?

Tomorrow has a 7 AM client call.

You're brilliant at your job.

You love your children fiercely.

But you're operating in survival mode, not success mode.

Sound familiar?

Of course it does.

Because this is what happens when high-achieving women try to force themselves into systems built for people whose biggest concern is whether the coffee machine is working.

But imagine a life that feels this good instead…

3:00 AM: Your phone buzzes. Emergency at the plant. You handle it with clarity and precision because you've built systems that support you. Your partner steps up naturally because you've created space for partnership, not just division of labor.

6:33 AM: Morning routines flow because you've designed them with the same strategic thinking you bring to engineering projects. Your children are capable and contributing because you've taught them to rise to your standards.

9:23 AM: You walk into that meeting knowing you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Promotion conversations aren't someday dreams... they're inevitable outcomes of your aligned actions.

12:55 PM: Lunch happens on your terms. Your calendar respects your energy cycles. Your team operates efficiently because you've built leadership systems that work.

5:00 PM: You arrive at pickup feeling present and powerful. Dinner is planned. Systems are humming. And tomorrow?

Tomorrow you're leading from a place of alignment, not exhaustion.

This is what happens when you stop trying to fit into broken systems and start designing your own.

The Hidden Cost of Staying Where You Are

Let me be clear about something: saying you "don't have time" or "it's too much $" isn't protecting you.

It's costing you everything.

While you're busy being "practical" and "responsible" by not investing in yourself, here's what's actually happening:

Your Career Is Flatlined:

Without systematic support, you'll plateau 2-3 years before your male colleagues who don't have to figure out who's picking up sick kids.

That one missed promotion?

It costs you $300,000-500,000 over your career.

Miss two promotions because you're too scattered to show up as the leader you are?

You're looking at $1-2 million in lost earnings. But sure, tell me again how investing in yourself is "too expensive."

You and your partner are turning into roommates and the passion is fading:

67% of dual-career couples are in chronic stress about coordination and fairness.

You know what divorce costs? $15,000-30,000 in legal fees alone, plus splitting assets, dual housing costs, and economic devastation.

The women who do this work can say their marriage "finally feels like a team."

Meanwhile, you're arguing about whose turn it is to do daycare pickup

You secretly feel like you might be failing your children:

When you're constantly overwhelmed, you're teaching your children that success requires sacrifice and suffering.

They're 40% more likely to struggle with anxiety and self-regulation.

The therapy bills alone will run $10,000-50,000 per child.

But the real cost?

You're missing the years when they actually want to talk to you because you're too stressed to be present.

Your health is deteriorating…

Chronic stress costs the average professional woman $8,000-15,000 annually in health expenses.

Over 20 years?

$160,000-300,000.

Plus the opportunity cost of operating at half capacity because you're exhausted, anxious, and running on adrenaline.

You're hemorrhaging money:

While you're "too busy" to focus on financial strategy, one of our clients restructured her approach and grew her projected net worth from $1 million to $6 million.

Same income.

Better systems.

You're leaving millions on the table because you think you'll "figure it out later."

Total cost of your "practical" approach: $2-4 million over your lifetime.

And that doesn't include the emotional devastation of feeling like you're failing at everything that matters while watching less qualified people get ahead because they don't have to solve a logic puzzle every time they want to attend a networking event.

Let's work together on changing it, because it won’t fix itself.

You're an engineer or A-type business high-performer.

You understand systems failure.

What you're doing right now? It's not sustainable. It's not noble. It's not "being responsible."

It's systems failure.

And you know what happens when you ignore systems failure?

Everything breaks. Usually at the worst possible moment.

You can spend the next five years trying to optimize a broken system, or you can invest 12 months building one that actually works.

In one month:

You'll stop feeling guilty about everything and start operating from strategy.
Your partner can step up because you've stopped being the default parent for everything.

In six months:

You'll be the leader everyone notices, if that’s what you desire. Promotion conversations will start happening because you're finally showing up at your full capacity instead of whatever's left after handling everyone else's needs.

In one year:

You'll have the integrated life that everyone said was impossible. Powerful at work. Present with your children. Partners with your spouse. And have a financial plan that sets your family up for generational wealth.

But it starts with your decision and your commitment to the idea you have that woman within you.

Why Smart Women Choose this Program As The World's Leading Authority

Women from Canada, the United States, and Europe seek our world-class expertise because we're the only program that gets it.

We don't offer work-life balance. That's for people who think life is something that happens outside of work.

We offer work-life integration. Because your life is your life, and you're going to excel at all of it.

With close to a decade of experience serving the highest performing professionals in analytical fields, we are the number one authority in work-life synergy.

Every woman who's gone through this program has created a meaningful transformation in her life, including: securing multiple promotions, navigating burnout and neurodiversity with grace, and building a community of women who actually understand what it's like to optimize complex systems while raising tiny humans who have strong opinions about everything.

Oh, and let’t not forget turning a $1 million dollar wealth plan… into a $6 million dollar one. Same income, different assets and strategy.

We are also a trusted trainer in the STEM and business worlds: Enbridge, Suncor, APEGA, Women in Mining and Engineering, Thurber Engineering, Bird Construction, ATCO, and so many other who companies have hired us to support their employees with performance and work-life integration.

Our Disruptive Process: The 12 Pillars Integration Method

Here's what makes us different: we don't treat your career, parenting, health, finances, and relationships like separate problems.

They're not separate problems. They're interconnected systems.

Throughout the program, you'll map the connections between the 12 pillars of your life: mindset, relationships, career, life integration, finances, personal branding, health, family life, parenting, career skills, career planning... and you'll identify the top three or four leverage points that create exponential change across everything else.

Step 1: Mindset Recalibration (Stop Optimizing the Wrong Variables)

Your engineering or business brain is designed for optimization. But you've been optimizing for everyone else's priorities.

We rebuild your mental frameworks using CBT reframes that actually work for analytical minds.

Not just meditation apps or gratitude journals you’ll forge, but clean, logical thought work that creates sustainable shifts.

You'll discover why your perfectionist tendencies are leadership superpowers when directed correctly. And you'll design a vision for your life that doesn't require choosing between ambition and values.

Step 2: Strategic Roadmap (Build Systems That Actually Scale)

➥ You wouldn't design a bridge without blueprints. Stop trying to build your life without them.

Using advanced project management tools designed for working mothers in demanding fields, you'll create systems that scale with your success instead of breaking under pressure.

You'll be mentored by engineers and STEM professionals who've already solved the problems you're facing. No more reinventing solutions that already exist.

Step 3: Energy Management (Your Calendar Is Your Life Strategy)

➥ Your calendar reveals your actual priorities. Not your stated priorities. Your actual ones.

You'll learn to design schedules that work with your natural energy cycles instead of against them. Peak performance times get protected. Low energy times get optimized.

This isn't time management. This is life architecture.

The Integration Effect

Here's what happens when you stop treating success like a zero-sum game:

Your Leadership Multiplies:

You lead your team with the same clarity and high expectations you bring to your family. Both improve.

Your Energy Compounds:

When your systems align with your values, effort becomes flow. You accomplish more by doing less.

Your Influence Expands:

People notice when you operate from integration instead of fragmentation. Opportunities start finding you.

Your Children Rise:

When you model integrated success, your children learn that excellence enhances life instead of requiring sacrifice.

Your Partnership Deepens:

When you lead from your power, you create space for true partnership instead of transactional coordination.

Because you’re a busy woman, I will let the results speak for themselves

Kirsten, P.Eng. and Mom "I joined the MoMBA one month before my return to work, a transition that felt scary and uncertain. It was right at that time that the opportunity to fill a leadership position in a new organization came up. The women in the MoMBA community offered me the encouragement I needed to go after that promotion. Ever since my first session with Kinia, I've gained tons of confidence about my leadership skills. And confidence is what I brought to the interview, and what ultimately got me the job."

Joelle, Software Developer and Mom "For me, the gains over a lifetime with just being able to make these shifts in your mindset is huge: if it makes my relationship better with my husband and makes that relationship better with my daughter and makes me a better employee, and makes me less stressed out for the rest of my life... all of those gains become huge. That investment is not really that big when you consider all of those different aspects changing in your life."

Megan, P.Eng. and Mom "In three months of MoMBA work, my mindset had drastically changed to be more solutions-focused instead of being stuck in survival mode. I understood my values and the values of my partner and was making time for more things that aligned with those values. Almost three years into this work, I trust myself again. I believe I can continue to thrive and have an impact in both my family life and career. We have a financial plan that will drastically increase our potential net worth, set our children up for success, and broaden our impact in the community."

Amanda, P.Eng. and Mom "Unlike any other program, the MoMBA brings motherhood and career together. Its holistic approach covers 12 pillars, and they are all interconnected. Without a comprehensive program like this, I would have been left to figure out critical areas of my life alone. I would have spent a lot of time and energy in the process. As a mom, it's already hard enough!"

Sarah, P.Eng. and Mom "The biggest shift I've seen in myself is in the mindset. When I started the MoMBA program, I was stuck in a scarcity mindset, worried about the loss of income from my career break and not open to opportunities for growth. Joining the program has made a huge change: my mind has opened up to so many ideas, including the possibility to outsource, which allows me to keep working on myself."

Alisha, P.Eng. and Mom "The peer mentorship I've enjoyed within the MoMBA community has helped me grow in competence and confidence, so now I feel ready to reach out to other women who are at an earlier stage in their careers and support them on their journey. When you have coaching and regular follow-up, and you're exposed to a variety of perspectives within a supportive community, growth happens so much faster!"

Funmi, P.Eng. and Mom "Pros&Babes has been the best thing for my professional development in this time. And actually, the best thing for my family too, because it is something we can all learn from."

Maja, Director of Business Operations and Mom "The MoMBA gives us the tools to live a designed, purposeful life. Surrounded by amazing parents, you're inspired to change your mindset to thrive both as a mom and professional."

Melissa, P.Eng. and Mom "The energy Kinia has put into it is phenomenal because she's not just affecting us moms. She's affecting the relationship with your partner, and with our kids, and it's really eye opening, realizing that your biggest input in the world, the biggest way you could change the world, could be through the children that you're raising."

Hanna, Diplomat and Mom "Pros&Babes has taught me that harmony in both career and family is possible. I'm grateful for the MoMBA™ program: it has helped me embrace a growth mindset to become more intentional with my values, attitudes and motivation towards creating a life I've always envisioned."

Colleen, P.Eng. and Mom "Since the pandemic moved networks and support online, I've found in Pros&Babes a safe place where motherhood could be discussed and normalized. From there it has evolved into much more, helping me grow and realize I get to choose who I want to be - as a person, a parent and a professional. The MoMBA community has been an absolute highlight of my maternity leave."

  •  You think struggle is noble and ease is suspicious

  •  You want someone to fix your life without you having to examine how you think

ABOUT YOUR COACH AND LEAD TRAINER

Hi, I'm Kinia. Not your feel-good coach. Not your corporate therapist.

I transform YOU,  high-functioning, over-achieving A-Type woman, from masculine execution machine into a feminine force field who attracts opportunities, receives abundance, and flows between your career world and home with grace.

And you’re here because you know deep down you’re not broken … you're a dormant queen.

My clients secure leadership promotions within months, drastically increase their projected net worth through strategic financial planning, and create thriving families while advancing their careers, proving integration amplifies everything.

They launch businesses that make the world a better place for moms and make their first sales, and win pitch competitions.

Here's what I know about you:

You're brilliant. You've climbed every ladder they put in front of you. But something's shifted. Those spreadsheets that once energized you now drain you. The 18-hour days that used to feel like victories now feel like prison sentences. You've perfected that masculine energy that got you here... and it's quietly choking your wealth potential.

You're an engineer or corporate/business leader who's tired of being the smartest person in the room while making less than you're worth. You're an A-type personality who recognizes the grinding isn't working anymore. You're ready to mother from sovereignty, not sacrifice. You're a skeptic who secretly knows there's more to success than pure logic.

THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH:

Most people will stagnate. They'll stay in male-run companies, making somebody else rich while hoping the world will magically become better.

You're different.

You're ready to vote with your dollars and build something better... today.

WHAT I DO:

I don't teach work-life balance. That's for amateurs. I engineer quantum leaps in identity.

My clients don't take steps. They teleport. My clients don't just “negotiate better”. They magnetize. My clients don't stay in hustle. They align and watch the universe rearrange itself.

I built a multiple six-figure empire with three home-birthed children on my hip, while the corporate world told me to choose. I've invested over $500,000 in women-owned businesses and $100,000 in elite coaching... not because I needed permission, but because I back my beliefs with capital.

Companies like Enbridge, Suncor, and APEGA don't consult with me because I need their validation, but because transformation at scale requires institutional courage.

MY WORLD  IS FOR:

  • Engineers and corporate/business leaders and entrepreneurs who are tired of being the smartest person in the room while making less than they're worth (even though your salary is great on paper)
  • A-type personalities who recognize the grinding isn't working anymore
  • Women ready to mother from sovereignty, not sacrifice
  • Skeptics who secretly know there's more to success than logic

WHO THIS ISN'T FOR:

  • Women waiting for permission
  • Those committed to struggle as a virtue
  • Anyone who needs to see the full staircase before taking the first step

In the program, you’re not just getting me.

You’re getting the expertise of our MoMBA mentors and graduates, as well as the expertise of over 100 experts who have contributed to our curriculum!

Megan can help you with:

  • Prioritizing yourself while also managing your many roles at home and work
  • Reframing your mindset to make more aligned choices for yourself and your family, and to remove the things that no longer serve you
