What is the MoMBA™?

 

The MoMBA (mom MBA) is a 12-month skill- and competency-building program for successful, educated caregivers working in competitive, STEM/STEAM fields. It is designed to solve the major energy management, career, work/life balance, relationship, productivity, and leadership challenges that families with careers face in the decade surrounding childbearing years. It is well-suited for those planning for, currently on, or having taken parental leave. A shorter version, the MoMBA mini, is available, too.

The MoMBA program is by application only. You can get your manager's approval and apply for the MoMBA program before the application deadline.
