1. Payment & Registration

  • Your spot is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment can be made in full or in two installments as outlined in the pricing structure.
  • All payments must be completed before the event start date.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability

  • By registering, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risks associated with travel, activities, and personal health.
  • Pros&Babes is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of this event.
  • You are responsible for securing your own travel and health insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
  • You are aware that the schedule may be adjusted to reflect particular circumstances

3. Photography, Videography & Privacy

  • We may collect photos and videos during the event for promotional and educational purposes.
  • We will not share your recognizable personal stories without your explicit consent.
  • If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing before the event.

4. Health & Illness Policy

  • If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness before or during the event, we ask that you prioritize the health of others and follow appropriate measures (e.g., self-isolation, mask use, notifying organizers).
  • No refunds will be provided due to illness; however, we will work with you to explore alternative options, such as transferring your registration.

5.  Event Etiquette & Community Guidelines

  • Please respect the allocated time during sharing circles and group discussions.

  • Be mindful of others, listen actively, and allow space for everyone to contribute.

  • This event is designed to foster a supportive, respectful, and professional environment.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

 

6. Force Majeure & Event Changes

  • If the event must be postponed or modified due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, or government regulations), we will communicate alternative arrangements as soon as possible.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to force majeure events, but we will provide rescheduling options or event credits.
